Joris Luyendijk journalist of the year

The specialist mag on journalism, De journalist, published by the NVJ (the Dutch Association of Journalists), has chosen Joris Luyendijk as the Journalist of the Year 2006. The honorary title was awarded to Luyendijk due to the discussion he initiated on the deception of journalists by staged ‘facts’. For more information, please see: www.dejournalist.nl.
