Nominations for the C. Buddingh’ Prize 2007
The jury of the C. Buddingh’ Prize 2007 has chosen four collections as the best poetry debuts to appear between 1 April 2006 and 31 March 2007: Pim te Bokkel with Wie trekt de regen aan (Who Attracts the Rain), Hélène Gelèns with niet beginnen bij het hoofd (not to begin at the head), Ester Naomi Perquin with Servetten halfstok (Napkins at Half-Mast), and Bernard Wesseling with the collection Focus.
The winner will be announced during the coming Poetry International Festival to be held in Rotterdam from 16 to 22 June.
